As you may or may not have noticed, Football Manager 2014 was the last one that kept it self running while you were doing other stuff on your computer. In the 2015 version you had to select the "Windowed" option to be able of doing that, but some people don't like to play that way and this limitation was causing some dissatisfaction to them. With that in mind, the team behind the game came with the perfect solution: "Maximised Borderless Windowed".
This option gives to the player the advantage of both "Windowed" and "Full Scren" modes. To keep Football Manager running in background and still playing it in full screen is simple as to go to the preferences menu and select the mode above.
